Brooklyn label Mexican Summer add to the drip of songs in their Looking Glass series with a viscerally titled track by Niecy Blues called 'Bones Become the Trees'. Hailing from South Carolina, the new single is Niecy Blues' fifth single to land, and feels like turning point considering her recent minimal, drum-less singles. 'Bones Become the Trees' contains steady Tame-Impala-style drums and bass. Niecy Blues' vocals have an ethereal, psychedelic quality owed to the immersive delay and reverb that smothers them.
